The Relation Between Leadership and Expected Results from the Educational Process Within School Culture

School culture is a multifaceted concept, comprising multiple dimensions. The present research explored relations between selected dimensions: the dimension focused on shared objectives, trust in school leadership, and managerial approach, important innovation process results expected from education process. leaders using Culture Inventory evaluated current desired their primary schools to identify gaps. findings should help planning shape innovate strategy of they manage.
